Single-cell sequencing (SCS) is gaining popularity in modern biology and medicine and is an effective tool for understanding the role of specific cell types in normal and pathological conditions.
Through this 5-day workshop, participants will learn about the technology and molecular biology of different approaches in single-cell sequencing. The program includes presentations of expert users and technology developers, laboratory-based tutorials, and hands-on bioinformatics. Participants will have the opportunity to network with genomics experts and to present their results on the mini-symposium “Experience in Single-Cell Sequencing”.
As part of the laboratory-based tutorial of the 10x Genomics Single-Cell RNA seq, participants can bring their sample (must be specified during registration). Your applications will be considered, and the most interesting ones will be selected for further participation in the experiment.
Each participant will receive a certificate. The language of the workshop is Russian and English.
The participation in the workshop is free. The workshop is supported by the Russian Science Foundation (project #19-75-30016).
