At present Tyumen Cardiology Research Center is a unique scientific, medical and educational institution which is considered to be one of the largest and best equipped in Russia. It is recognized as a leader in the field of high-technology treatment of coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, arrhythmias. Since 2004 it has been in the top five among 110 Russian clinics that specialize in the use of catheter techniques, regarding the number of angioplasties and stenting procedures being performed.
Over 20 years specialists at the Cardiology Research Center have been working according to the standards accepted in developed countries and have been inventing their own innovative methods of diagnosis and treatment of heart diseases. Our success in the field of high-technology treatment became possible due to international collaboration within which specialists from our Center exchange experience with their foreign colleagues, take part in scientific symposia and congresses as well as receive training at the largest world clinics. The main advantage and distinction of Tyumen Cardiology Research Center’s activity is a unity of science and practical work. Owing to dynamic development of science, efficacy of cardiovascular disease treatment constantly increases. In 2011 Tyumen Cardiology Research Center won the National Award «Purple Heart» in the nomination «Best Cardiology Clinic of the Year in Russia».
