Brief Biography

Work experience:

September 2019-Present: Junior Researcher, Laboratory of Cancer Progression Biology, Cancer Research Institute, Tomsk National Research Medical Center

Education:

2013-2019: MD student, Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Siberian State Medical University.

2019-2022: PhD student, Laboratory of Molecular Oncology and Immunology, Cancer Research Institute, Tomsk NRMC

Research Interests

The study of phenotypic differences between peripheral blood monocytes and in vitro induced macrophages in patients with non-small cell lung cancer depending on pre-tumor changes in the respiratory epithelium of the bronchi. Search for genotypic determinants of the risk of metastasis and recurrence of non-small cell lung cancer.

Functional changes of immune cells in blood and tumor microenvironment of breast cancer patients under chemotherapy.

Grants

Anton Fedorov actively involved in the implementation of grants as an executor: RFBR «The relationship of the phenotypic profile of monocyte-macrophage lineage cells with the risk of progression of non-small cell lung cancer in patients with various types of pre-tumor changes in the respiratory epithelium» (2020-2022  № 20-315-90055); RSF "Genetic determinants of distant metastasis in non-small cell lung carcinoma" (2020-2022, № 20-75-10060); RSF "New technology for prediction and prevention of distant metastasis based on detection of circulating metastasis-initiating and niche-forming cells and their specific targets" (2019-2022, №19-75-30016); RSF "Molecular landscape of oral cancer in young adult patients" (2022-2024, №22-15-00308); RSF "Functional portrait of immune cells as a factor of breast cancer chemotherapy efficacy" (2022-2025, №22-75-10128) (at the moment).
