Brief Biography
Sharysh Diana (date of birth 09.03.1996) in 2019 graduated with honors the Biomedical Department of the Siberian State Medical University; Since 2019 she is graduate student in the Laboratory of Population Genetics of Research Institute of Medical Genetics.
Research interests
Ms. Sharysh's research interests include cell and molecular biology of cardiovascular diseases. He is a specialist in cultural methods: tissue disaggregation, primary cultures, and also various histological techniques, including immunohistochemical staining methods. She is mastering methods for individual cell isolating: laser microdissection and fluorescence-activated cell sorting. She has the competencies to exam and classify various histological, immunohistochemical, immunofluorescence slides, including the use of special software (ImageJ). In addition, she knows basic molecular genetic methods (PCR, nucleic acid extraction, electrophoresis), specialized methods for studying DNA methylation (primers design, bisulfite conversion), and DNA sequencing methods (pyrosequencing, NGS). Strength of competences Ms. Sharysh is the optimization and development of various protocols.
Achievements, awards, grants
Sharysh D.V. is the author of about 40 publications, of which 6 are indexed by WoS and Scopus and published in the international journals “Atherosclerosis” and “Biomeditsinskaia khimiia”, 2 are indexed only by Scopus published in “Clinical and Experimental Surgery” and “Cardiology and Cardiovascular Surgery”. In addition, Sharysh D.V. has the skills of work results presenting at conferences, she was awarded a certificate for the best poster presentation at the XIV Congress of the International Association of Morphologists (September 19-22, 2018, Astrakhan), a certificate of a winner for oral presentation at the I All-Russian Congress with international participation “Physiology and tissue engineering of the heart and blood vessels: from cell biology to prosthetics ”(November 4-7, 2019, Kemerovo), where she reported on“ METHODS FOR DISAPGREGATION OF ARTERIES AFFECTED BY ATHEROSCLEROSIS ”. He is a prize winner at the VI International Conference of Young Scientists: Biophysicists, Biotechnologists, Molecular Biologists and Virologists in the section “Molecular Biology” (October 22-25, 2019, Novosibirsk, Koltsovo) for his oral presentation “CELLULAR COMPOSITION OF CORONARY ARTERIES AT DIFFERENT STAGES OF ATHROGENESIS IN HUMAN”.
