Brief Biography

He was born in 1993. In 2017 he graduated from pediatric faculty of Bashkirian state medical university. In 2019 he graduated from medical genetics residency in Siberian state medical university. He became a postgraduate student in Population genetics laboratory in 2019. At the same year he joined Laboratory of orphan diseases genomics as a junior researcher.

Research Interests

His field of interests includes genetics of cardiovascular diseases, particularly sarcomere protein genes variability in myocardial hypertrophy.

Achievements, awards, and grants

N. Valiakhmetov participated in research of epigenetic atherosclerosis regulation in human supported by Russian scientific foundation.
